Da der Pisco Sour so angepriesen wird, und ich keinen Thread und nur ein Rezept hier gefunden habe, das zudem 2003 von Hobbymixer gepostet wurde, wollte ich fragen wie ihr euren Pisco Sour macht und was für einen Pisco ihr verwendet.

6 cl Pisco
3 cl limette
2 cl Zucker
1 Eiweiß
Angostura (zerstäubt)
shake - straight oder rocks nach Geschmack - Angostura (geflämmt) zerstäube - genießen!

Ersteinmal das erwähnte Rezept:
Pisco Sour

5 cl Grand Pisco (Control)
3 cl Zitronensaft
2,5 cl Zuckersirup
1/4 Eiweiß
shaken mit Eis abseihen in Tumbler mit 2 Eiswürfel.
Das von ihm eingegebene Rezept auf der Hauptseite in der Datenbank enthält jedoch nur 1,5 cl Zuckersirup

Pisco Sour
1½ oz Pisco (Pisco Control)
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon / Lime Juice
½ Egg White (1 tsp powder)
Dash Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until the drink becomes frothy. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.

Pisco Sour
* 2 shots Pisco
* 1 shot lemon juice*
* ½ shot sugar syrup
* 1 egg white
Shake all ingredients hard with ice for long enough to ensure the egg white is well mixed. Strain in to a cocktail glass and add a few dashes of Angostura Aromatic bitters to the frothy top of the drink.

* 2 ounces Pisco
* 1 ounce Lime Juice
* 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
* 1/2 Egg White
* 1 dash Angostura Bitters.
Shake hard with ice. Strain into a Champagne Flute Use the bitters as a aromatic garnish to the top of the finished drink.

5 cl Control Gran Pisco
3 cl Zitronensaft
1.5 cl Zuckersirup
1/4 Eiweiß
Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten mit ein paar Eiswürfeln kurz aber kräftig shaken und in ein Sour-Glas abseihen.
Empfohlen wurde in den Threads oft der Control Grand Pisco.
Heute würde man auf den Pisco Sour auf jeden Fall Angostura Bitters geben und das mit einem Zerstäuber
Verwendet ihr eines dieser Rezepte oder ein anderes?
Besonders auffällig finde ich den Unterschied mit dem Eiweiß.
